Delivery Charges and Areas
Same Day Delivery (Dubai only): AED 25. To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 6 PM on weekdays and Saturdays, and before 2 PM on Sundays. Please note that a minimum 4-hour delivery window is required to receive your order.
Standard Delivery (Dubai and Other Emirates): AED 15. Delivery expected within two days of order date.
Delivery Locations: We only deliver within the United Arab Emirates. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact our customer service for special arrangements.
Delivery Process
Order Confirmation: Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the scheduled delivery date and time along with a tracking number.
Our delivery team will bring the items to your specified address.
Rescheduling and Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, please contact us at least 3 hours in advance to reschedule.
Missed deliveries without prior notice may incur additional charges for redelivery.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Upon delivery, please inspect your items for any visible damage or discrepancies.
If there are any issues, notify the delivery team immediately and contact our customer service.
Damages and Returns
In the event of any damages or defects, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Please retain all original packaging and documentation for returns or exchanges.

At Pieces by M, we currently offer a credit note in lieu of a refund for returned merchandise. Below are the details of our return policy:
Eligibility for Returns Products must be unused and in satisfactory condition. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and will receive a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Free Return Service: Available for all online purchases. Please contact the Pieces by M team to initiate the return process. Our team will arrange a free pick-up via our partner courier service.
Packaging and Documentation: Retain all original packaging and documentation to return your order. Please include all items from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed quickly.
Order Information: Have your order number ready when requesting a return.
Condition of Returns: Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Non-refundable Charges: Original delivery charges and any other charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Return Discretion: Pieces by M reserves the right to refuse the return of any items that do not meet the return requirements.
